Solstice Week

The Sun enters Capricorn this week making a square or disharmonious aspect to Chiron, the keeper of our inner wounds.  So as we enter this darkest day of the year – take a minute to flesh out your deepest wounds and make a plan to toss them to the light as it returns.

There is no more perfect time to get out of the “old gunk” of past hurts and face the new year with a fresh start and lightened load!

Time to Heal the Past

Mars and Neptune in conjunction in the karmic sign of Pisces this is a good time to end the year by revisiting past hurts. Pisces gives you the ability to see your pain in the bigger picture without the need to seek revenge. Just watch that you don’t go into victim mode.

Mars is anger and pain – and Neptune brings is in touch with karma and the universal source. So what better time, especially before the end of the year, to work on those who have hurt you – and those you have hurt — and try to find a peaceful and lasting solution. Let go of the pain – it is the season of good will.

Mercury and Chiron Go Direct this Week

In addition, they make a trine or flowing aspect this week. There are no more excuses, you have had time to ruminate of your hurt feelings (Chiron) and figure out the best way to speak about the issue (Mercury) while they were in retrograde. Now you have to air your deepest wounds in a constructive and honorable fashion. You have no excuse to keep stewing and being passive-aggressive. Both of these planets have a lot of Sagittarius energy around them now – that is a straight shooting as it gets. Make your New Year’s resolutions early. The old saying is, “Speak the truth and shame the devil.” Let’s use this time to speak the truth and make Christmas dinner less stressful.
